Can I go from XP Pro SP1 to XP Home SP2

I'm not sure what you want to do

so you have XP Pro SP1 and want to install SP2? Or do you want to make your XPSP1 CD include SP2? The SP2 install should upgrade both Home and Pro installations

No, you can "upgrade" from XP Home to Pro but not the other way arround (regardless of the service pack).
