just wanted to know. it will fit i just want to know if the gpu can take the pressure. the hsf is a stock for a stock xp1800, so its not that heavy. I hope to get the max oc to 235/180. also if i add ram sinks do you think i could oc the ram more, the ram chips dont seem to hot.

You'd want to get some sort of external support, CPU HSFs are pretty darn heavy to hang off a card unsupported.

And you should probably put on some RAMsinks if you want to overclock the RAM more, they give you about 10-15MHz more in my experience.

I dunno if that's good for your gpu, seeing as how most cooling solutions for video cards put pressure down on the gpu. You might be able to get away with it if your heatsink is very light. Why don't you try some rubber bands or something to hold the hsf firmly in place?

You could possibly break a solder joint on one of the GPU's BGA/PCB points by the weight of that hanging off it, but it has been done many times before, so I say go for it.

Then show us some pics :)
