Can I get WMP 11 to do this

I'm still trying to figure out how to get WMP 11 to do what I want it to do with my Dell DJ 2nd gen mp3 player. I listen to my fair share of music but I also listen to podcasts. I want to be able to hook my DJ up to my PC and hit the sync button for WMP 11 and have it automatically load the newest podcasts not already on my DJ onto it. Is there some way of getting WMP11 to do this or is there other software that can accomplish this goal?

Edit: Ok I figured out how to do it by creating an auto playlist. Does anybody know of a good RSS client plugin for WMP11? I can't seem to find one.
