without a credit card/bank account?

I have $40 in there, that I'd like to use for X-mas presents, etc. However, you need it backed by a bank/checking account, which I don't have, to do anything with this money.

So I can't send the money to anyone (like my bro, who could then withdraw it an give the money to me). And I can't request a check from paypal, because, again, I need a CC to do this.

So is there any way for me to get this money?

so basically you are trying to get money out of your account without it being verified. so you want them to send a check to any old body?
youll have to verify your account by either a cc or a bank account. You dont have neither? or you dont want to use that info?

they dont need any credit card/checking info to sign up and recieve paypal funds. however, you need to get verified to send+add funds.

you can open one under your parents if you must. im 15 and i have a savings account under my name. albeit only like $2,000 but it works for deposits+withdrawals
