I know that there are people out there who do installations of satellite dishes, but what if my dishes are already installed, and all i need them to do is point them? Think anyone would come just to do that? And how much would that cost me?

If you try to do it yourself and you geta little message that says "alignment off by 3 degrees" or something like that, DON'T BELIVE IT!!!! It always says off by 3 degrees when the dish sin't pointed the right way.

Did you not find a compass yet d1abolic?

Get a compass and take the azimuth and subtract 180 degrees. Set the compass at that setting.

For instance my azimuth was 215 degrees - 180 = 35 degrees. Set that number (35) to the top mark of the compass and point the compass towards the dish. Stand about 30 yards for better results, line the two up as close as possible (keeping north in it's position) and this should get you your signal. Save for the fact the dish is on the correct angle relative to 90 degrees, which is probably between 40 and 45.
