OP, there is a Microcenter in Northern Virginia, and they often have great deals on Intel processors and mobo combos, or even just the processors alone.

The i7-5820k that mfenn recommends is out of stock currently but it is on sale for $299 with in-store pickup. With tax that would come to about $320. Worth seeing if they have it in stock, along with a reasonable priced mobo, once you decide to buy.

I would not get much else there, the cpu/mobos are usually there best deals, everything else you would do better with online purchases.

yea, I've visited it before and I am planing on buying cpu from there because it's cheaper. and the rest of the stuff I already ordered on newegg.
