Yes you can, there is a fee usually and the interest rate is usually higher than your regular interest rate. Call your cc company and ask how it works... but I wouldn't recommend getting a cash advance on your card unless its absolutely necessary... and if you have a balance on your card prepare to pay the higher cash advance interest rate for a long time (with most credit cards payment is allocated in a manner where balances with lowest interest is paid first, balances with higher interest rates paid last). If your card is capital one I know for a fact thats how it works (worked for them before)
