Can I get a no-cd patch for Starcraft that won't invalidate my CD key?

It does, just read the readme for the patch. Or you could register your game with the Blizzard Store and use the downloadable copy.

because he wants to use a no-cd patch that won't invalidate his (presumably valid) key. with the latest update, blizzard removed the requirement for a cd, hence, no more no-cd patches are necessary.
