Your TV 200Hz is not what you are thinking off its not true 200Hz, its a Gimmick that enhances(Tries to anyway) the feel of smoothness on a video image it processes the image to smooth out the movement, not going very in-depth since this subject can get very brain damaging hard to explain, your tv is only capable of doing 60Hz, unless you Overclock it (not sure if its a good idea on a tv), anyway HDMI isn't the problem here (you can have more then 60HZ at 1080p to some extend since HDMI 1.4 has a higher bandwidth, I know I can get 70HZ over HDMI 1.4 on my 1600p anyway....), the TV is 60hz native all those 120-200-240-300Hz talk when relative to Tvs are just marketing numbers that refer to the Tvs capability to smooth the movement, nothing more nothing less.
Hope it helps..
i understand so , even if i buy HDMI with higher bandwidth and herz ... i will still get only 60hz ?

HDMI doesn't give HZ, whatever components (PC,Bluray Player...etc..) you have plugged to your TV are limited to the Tv refresh rate(lets just say Image Per Second) 60 Hz means your TV is capable of displaying 60 Images each Second, what this TV Gimmicks do is show you the same image twice, giving you the illusion of smooth movement, anyway think of the HDMI cable has a highway that connects 2 cities, its only a information highway with a max capability, the problem is that the TV (City), can not display(Receive) more then 60Hz(Cars).
I hope the analogy helped, but bottom line no you are stuck at 60Hz.
anyway HDMI isn't the problem here
