My P2 400MHz form Nov 1998 has a AGP slot(AGP 1 or 2xYou mean if he has ANY AGP slot
Nearly any 64MB card works in any AGP slot, AGP4x, 3.3v or not.
The exceptions: A 3dfx Voodoo4/5 may not fit in a modern Pentium4 board because they are not dual-voltage cards like everyone else's

Yes, i do have an AGP 4x slot. I even have a 4 mb AGP card installed at present. But my doubt is that will my processor and motherboard support a 64 mb card?
