We do have Mars bars, but they are totally different (they are smaller and have almonds and a denser nougat).

Umm, just like a Canadian one, duh(!) - Great Britain at least.

Milky Ways over in the UK have white filling, and no caramel.
Snickers have nuts and nougat and whatever (never had one, I hate nuts).

So do I. Some places have them, but I haven't one since I was 10, so don't recall where I used to like going that had real Mars bars.
That's one thing we in the states do wrong. It doesn't need nuts, dammit!
...so Milky Way is your best option.
