I don't want to pay for minutes..I just want the call forward to my cell or where ever I configure it. I've googled..but haven't had any luck.

 
Call foreward is an option on most phone switches.
Any 1-800 provider should be able to do it.

Yes you will burn cell minutes if you foreward to a cell.
