Can I fight this Bank Of America charge?

First day - 60 dollars in account
Second day - Ebay charges "36 dollars", even though i'm only left with 3 in the bank account. These charges show up under "Debit"

Seventh day - Somehow my account is REcredited 30 dollars. So i think, "ebay deducted their cash already. So i use 15 dollars.

Tenth day - Now my account is suddenly -30 dollars! Even though on the online statement ebay was already deducted, THEY WEREN'T. The "30 dollars" i saw in the seventh day was flat out bs! Ebay charged their 36 dollars, and i only had 32 dollars at the time (since i already thought ebay deducted their fees, which the statement showed). Now i'm hit with the 28 dollar insufficient funds fee!

WHAT CAN I DO?! ARGHHH. ONLINE BANKING SUCKS THE BIG ONE. And so does ebay for not allowing me to remove my debit card from their system. I added it so i could make ONE PAYMENT, not for this recurring payment bs!!

You can you a bank register to keep track of your funds

Hrm..from my experience banks never really show your full funds in realtime online. Takes about 2-3 business days to "refresh." Could be wrong though.

But if its true, I doubt you can fight the charge, its really up to you to know how much you actually have.

Keep better track of your finances, don't keep your balances near $0 so things start bouncing and going negative.

Refunds usually takes 2-3 days to fully process.
