Can I exchange my TV at Costco?

I bought a 37" Vizio from Costco last August.
I think there is something wrong with it as it has a loud buzzing noise coming from the back that is very noticeable. Today is the first time I have heard it.

I still have the receipt and would like to know if I can exchange it at costco as vizio's site says the warranty service can take 2+ weeks to get the TV fixed.
