Can I end my auction early on ebay?

I know I can, but will ebay refund the money for listing? (around $1.50) I just list it a few hours ago, and haven't received any bid yet. What do you guys think?

As long as there is no bids for it, then you can end it early, I don't know if you can get refund for the insertion fee or not, most likely not.

I have changed the reserve prices before anyone has bid and gotten refunded the difference.

What if you have an insertion fee that costs $3.30 because you wanted to start the auction off at say $400. If you change the starting fee to less than $10 will the insertion fee change to $0.30?
