- Individuals will fill out a form (the entry form), the form data will be create a row on a Google Spreadsheet. One of the values entered will be a unique ID number.
- The unique ID number will be displayed on the public spreadsheet, but the last three digits will be hidden.
- At the time of creation, the individual will choose a password.
- Both the password and the complete unique ID must remain hidden even to me, the creator of the Doc.
- In the future, the individual can fill out a different form (the update form). Using their chosen password and unique ID number, they will select from a few different options and submit the form.
- Based on their choices, the form data will update the row originally created by them.
Is Google Docs powerful enough to do this?
