I have 2X512M Kingston ValueRam DDR400 memory. I am wondering whether I can do OC on it? How far I can go. Thanks

you are likely to be able to oc it. older valueram, especially that from when winbond still made ddr, is frequently winbond chips that will oc a lot with a voltage increase.

Thank you very much for your answer.

The specification of the memory says the voltage is 2.6V. Will I damage it with 2.8V? Generally what's the upper limit of the voltage for this memory?

Thanks again.

No it will be fine at 2.8. YOur not going to kill anything.

I had the PC2700 KVR and it did 209 @ 2.8V. I couldn't go higher because my M/B has problems over 200 FSB.
