Can I do dual monitors but lock the mouse movement to just one monitor?

I have a 24" LCD monitor for computer stuff and a 55" LCD TV for watching movies. Sometimes I like to work on Excel and then watch something at the same time but my mouse would move over to the TV display if I'm not too careful. Is it possible to use a shortcut/key command of some sort to lock my mouse to just the monitor display?

I don't know if there is anything like that, but if worse comes to worse, change virtual location of the monitor like top left diagonal instead of just to the right which is the default location.

You can't do this in Windows natively, but there is a program called Dual Monitor Tools where you can enable this feature.

Yup, I should have provided a link...

Here is the download link, which says...

Lock cursor onto a monitor, or provide resistance to moving between monitors.
