this is my planned layout:

the Verizon router with built-in wifi is not good enough for my large house, 2800 sqft with 3 stories.
so i plan to use the Google AC-1304 for wifi.
i read that i can put #3 in bridge mode. that should work right?
#4 and #5 will be automatically be on bridge mode as well?

You can use the 2.4G in the Verizon Router for WIFI that does not need faster connection. This way there will be less load on the Google WIFIs .

Unfortunately most users are addicted to "what hardware should I buy?".

Dealing with Electronic noise and location of Wireless Hardware is very important too.
