Can I delete this Dr. Watson .dmp file?

Running Win2k under:
Documents + Settings > All Users > Documents > DrWatson > user.dmp

is that file needed for Dr. Watson to work, or just a dump it made?

its 200MB big

Just a dump. Delete, unless you decide you want the contents for troubleshooting (doubtful).
