Can I delete my Administrator Account in WIN2K?

I know this subject has been beaten to death. When I installed WIN2K Professional three user accounts were created. First, the default Administrator account. Second is the Administrator account created for me with my username and password. And lastly, the Guest account that is always created in the install of WIN2K.
In addition,I have created an Power User account for my everyday use. I have also enabled the Guest account so my WIN98 machine can access files. My question is can I delete or change the name and access level of the default Administrator account that was created? As long as I have some account set up as an Administrator account wouldn't this be ok?? After deleting this, the following 3 accounts would be left:

(1) Administrator account with my username and password
(2) Power User account with another username and password
(3) Guest account

Actually, I have deleted it on two different installations of Win2K. You're technically not supposed to do it, since that account is the fall-back in case something goes wrong with the other accounts, but I've done it (mostly just to see if I could) and haven't had a problem...
