Can I delete files from the MUI Cache?

I just uninstalled a program and I ran EasyCleaner's registry checker and I noticed a couple entries with this program's name in the MUI Cache. I searched the Web for info on this cache, but I can't find anything. My question is can the files in the MUI Cache be deleted? Thanks.
