Like, I already have a CD-R with a program, can I copy this to another CD and have all the info remain there, or wil I have to burn the cue file again?

1) A platinum member should know enough not to bump that much.
2) A platinum member should know enough not to post in the wrong forum.
3) A platinum member should know enough that a disc-to-disc copy is bit-for-bit.
4) A platinum member should know enough not to refer to "programs on disc" and "bin/cue" in the same post, you warezmonkey.

Then points 1-3 still stand? 😛

To answer your question, there is no difference between copying the burned cd and burning the bin/cue again.
