can i connect more than 4 computers using 2 routers?

Hi, I have a Netgear RT314 router and a Netgear RP614 router. Both routers have built in 4-port switches. My question is, if i want to share internet and files with more than 4 computers, is it possible using these two routers?

I'm assuming it would be something like:
- connect cable modem to WAN port of first router (let's say RP614)
- connect second router (RT314) to 1st port of RP614
- connect all other computers to the other open ports on the routers (except the WAN port on the RT314)

Is this correct?

Yeah basically that what it takes.

Do not forget to disable DHCP and any other filters or unusual setting on the second Router. You want it to be a just Dumb Switch.
