can I connect an old mac monitor to my PC?

I recently acquired an old Macintosh monitor made in 1996. It has a 2-row 15 pin DB15 male plug. My video card has a 3-row 15 pin VGA female slot. Of course I can't connect my mac monitor to my PC that way. But, I noticed that the mac monitor plug fits into my MIDI/Game port plug on the back of my computer. They physically fit, but is there a way to get the monitor to work on my PC this way? I haven't gotten it to work yet.
