Can I claim a username that hasn't been used in 2 years?

The username would be "Tab" it's inactive and the user hasn't visited in 2 years.

Really? I'm suprised....then again, if the guy hasn't been here in 2 years and only has a handful of posts, then go for it.

It stands out like a sore thumb when it happens, but sometimes people post again out of nowhere. I've seen people with a post count <100 who have been here since '99.

It stands to reason though if someone hasn't even logged in for 2 years, they probably won't be logging in anytime soon. Hell I doubt I'd remember my username/pw after that long.

If they haven't logged on in that long I doubt they'll mind just signing up for another screenname

Yeah, this does happen from time to time.

Therefore, I wouldn't support claiming the username unless the post count is zero, and it hasn't been used to login for a very long time.
