Can I change default drives?

I just did a clean install, partitioned 10 gb for Windows and the rest for, well, everything else.

Does anyone know how to set which "disk" everything (installs, downloads etc...) saves to. I get the feeling I should just right click on the big partition and choose "set as default" but alas, that has not been the case.

Thanks!

there is no "set everything to other drive" option...
you have to manually set each individual program / windows setting to point to drive D.
I would recommend you use gparted to resize the partitions to make C drive a little bigger.

Anyways, you can right click on "my documents" and change its location in XP or the various things under your "user" folder and change each one of them manually. (except app data and the like, they must remain on C... unless you do some registry tweaking). programs like firefox and ie can be set to download to drive D, each program individually with its own method of configuration.
