Can I change a heatware? if so should I?

I purchased a DVD from a fellow member in the FS/FT forum in beginning of march. I paid him via paypal the same day and the whole thing took him about 2 weeks before I get my DVD. But since I told him that I am not in a hurry to get the DVD so I guess it was okay.. even though it took him about 2 weeks. But here is what I am frustrated at, right after I got the DVD I gave him a heatware to basically close the deal. Since DVD is what he described I gave him a positive heatware and PMed him wanting him to give me a heatware... it's now end of April I have yet got a heatware from him.. and between then and now I have PMed him 3x wishing for a heatware. So I am getting a little frustrated Can I change the positive to neutral? If so Can I????

Your heatware rates the deal not the others party's willingness to reciprocate on a heatware rating. Get over it. My eGay and Heatware ratings would both be a lot higher if everyone left one... Sad fact of life.

True.. but the whole thing took a long time and his communication wasn't that great either.. But since I got my DVD as described I feel that there is no point to give him a negative feed back. To me I feel that heatware is part of the deal it's what complete the deal...
