I need junk food. I also recieved a Wal-Mart MO today and can either cash it at the bank Monday, but if it's possible I might as well get it cashed directly at the store while I'm wasting money of snacks. Anyone know?

Just deposit the money order in your bank's ATM machine. It'll credit at least a portion of your deposit right away. For example if I deposit a check of any size at an ATM, 100 dollars of it is immediately available.

edit: Use the rest for rehab, hippy.

Really? I've never seen a bank that didn't give you an immediate credit. I guess that's good to know if I ever need to switch banks for some reason.

You assume every knuckle dragger here, has an ATM. I'd guess many of them don't. If not, you will have to go to one of those check cashing joints. I hear they take about 25%, but if, you're desparate...what the hey? ;)
