Can I carry over my CPU cooler to the new build?

See cooler in sig which I recall paying dearly for... I've got a new rig that will use an AM3+ MoBo and Vishera 8320... Will this CPU cooler fit in the new rig or do I need something else... Also, If I can't carry over the cooler, how bad of a sin is it to use the stock cooler for an 8320? I really don't plan on O/Cing...
 
Nope. Completely different socket. I highly doubt you will be able to re use it in new build
 
I'm sure the stock heatsink is functional...

The mounts haven't changed much as far as I know; try it and see.
