Can I capture video with my eVGA 7800GT?

I'm in sudden need of some kind of solution to capture video from an outside source, so I need an interface with my computer to do this. My eVGA 7800GT came with a dongle that plugs into the video card, and has connections on it for composite, s-video, and component (along with stereo analog if I remember correctly).

Is this dongle able to be used for capturing video, or is this dongle considered an output only device? If I can actually capture video with it, what software do I use?

Thanks. I'm at work right now, otherwise I'd put some time into looking for the answer myself. But you guys are just as a good as an hour of searching :).

The only way it can capture is if it has VIVO(video in video out) feature. Otherwise you would need a capture/TV tuner card.

7800's did have VIVO in them. Yes it could be used to capture video. Just have the WDM drivers installed for programs to be able to detect the video in capability I think.

A google search brings up a lot of hits for WDM drivers, although I'm not familiar with them. Is this a driver that can be had at nVidia's site somewhere, or is there just one, generic driver of this type? Could anyone point me to it? Thanks.

Well, now that I'm off work and had some time to google, it doesn't look like nVidia has even released any WDM/VIVO drivers for Vista yet. What the hell is taking them so long? That pretty much sucks, as I don't have access to an XP machine with a PCI-Express port to transfer my 7800Gt too......even if I did, I doubt I'd go through the trouble.
