Can I BYPASS I-Gear? Server Based Blocking

I have researched many websites wondering if there is any possible way to bypass I-GEAR, for everyone who doesn't know what this is, it is a program which runs with the proxy to "Block" out certain sites and file extensions. There are some programs which will bypass certain appz like this but none which can bypass server level blocking. From what I have heard, the admin does have a special password which can bypass it from any local machine, of this I am unsure because they maybe rumors. I Gear is made by urlabs which from the website seems like it is a division of SYMANTEC. Thanks in advance.
