if you order it online and somehow get a real CD key, then theoretically you could download it off the internet and play. it will not work, though, because this is a monthly paid game that absolutely requires a legit cd key. but yes, if you purchased the rights to 1 copy, you can download another copy off the internet as long as you dont use a different cdkey/keygen (i tihnk)

I think you could download the open beta client and update it a bunch to get in. You need a CD key still though.
