Can I buy and use these phones in the US?

I was taking a look at some of the phones listed here:

Infosync World

Does anyone know if it's possible to buy these phones from an overseas vendor and then use them in the US?

Like the:

Sendo M550
Tel.Me T919
Nokia 6610

First two are dual band though, only the Nokia is tri-band.

GSM in the states is usually 1900. The first two phones may not be supported.

Only if it supports a frequency and transmission mode used in the US, for example, GSM @ 1900 MHz (the PCS band). That Nokia would in theory, assuming it was provider-unlocked, work in the US with AT&T GSM, Cingular GSM, or T-mobile, because it supports 1900MHz GSM.
