Can I burn a Video DVD in Deepburner?

Can I just go to create a CD/DVD and put the vob files in a VIDEO_TS folder and create a blank AUDIO_TS folder? These are non-encrypted DVD Video files. Deepburner Pro has a DVD Video burning feature but I'm wondering if I even need it.

Looks like it will build dvd video files but does it have like a express mode that makes it really simple, quick, and easy like InfraRecorder, which seems to come the closest to a freeware version of nero in my opinion but it has some very similar features but is a lot smaller footprint of a program?
