can I bring my apple.com bought product to an apple store?

If it's broken? my iPod is defective, I bought it off apple.com/store, can I go to an BM apple store and get it replaced/serviced?

apple care has me on hold FOREVER!

apple care just told me I had to do everything online, they'd send me a box to ship it back to them. That's pretty dumb since I just bought this ipod last week. oh well going to the apple store at lunch.

its ok.
lots of cliche installation pieces that try way too hard.
very sterile.
