Don't be scared!;) I only need you to listen to this song;-)(Download here)

I feel this was originally an English song (What you're listening now is in Chinese), if so, can you tell me the original title and the singer? or can you tell me where and how can I find the answer?

Thanks,

<< Sounds familiar but I'm not sure what it is. >>

Can you give me some hints, like what year you heard of this...

Thanks. I am not just for curiosity, it's important for me.

All I know is that I think that the goes, "Who can tell me, who can tell me..." then she's saying about changing, and then the rest I can't translate readily, just words and phrases here and there. I found I can't seem to translate chinese very well when its sung...sorry
