I only have 300W. I know that I need at least 450W to put that graphics card in.

Can I put in a:
Antec TruePower Classic series TP-550C 550W 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Antec TP550C Power Supply

I'm wondering if i can put the power supply so I will have enough Watts to use the GPU.

Couple questions for you...

Do you already have the 4770, or are you planning on buying it? If buying, how much?

Do you have a link to the actual computer you own?

Also, while that 550W PSU is a great PSU, I'd say it is overkill for your system. You can get a 450W-500W 80%+ for much less.

What games do you plan on playing, and at what resolution?

1. Yes I have it. It was a gift for christmas.
2.I do http://www.bestbuy.ca/en-CA/product...spx?path=f4446fff5c362c6d6a2f0f7bd996d900en02
3. I'm planning to play Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 and Advanced Warfare. When my uncle was using it (he has two so he gave me the second one he never used it) he had about 100 fps normal-high settings for bo2 and 60-90 on normal-high setting for aw.

Or will this power supply work too?

The gold+ rated Antec in your OP is pretty expensive and I wouldn't trust that Apevia.

Consider this Corsair CX600M from NCIX. It's more power than you need, but with free shipping it only costs $12 more than the Apevia and comes with a 3-year warranty and a $20 MIR on top of that.

Is this a windows 8.1 system with a UEFI BIOS? I am pretty sure that system linked to is going to be setup that way from the factory.

If that is the case, the 4770 won't work unless there is a BIOS setting to go back to legacy mode and then the OS is re-installed.

I'm gonna say what no one is going to want to hear. You're better off leaving your PC as is and getting a GTX 750. Those cards will run on a 300W PSU without issue and will be compatible with UEFI BIOS, they actually draw about 10W less power than the much slower GTX 740. It will also be significantly faster than the 4770.

The only other option is to replace the PSU, set BIOS to legacy mode, re-install the OS, and use the 4770.

There just aren't any really great options using a 5-6 year old GPU in a modern machine.
