You'll want a better power supply to power that card, something around 450-500w will do nicely. 400w at a push.

I would try a gtx750ti because your power supply is weak. That's the fastest gpu your power supply can handle.
The 750ti is a short card also.

Edit:straight from a best buy review...

"The main issue is that the case is very cramped inside, if you need to perform any upgrades it can be a bit of a nightmare trying to get items to fit, for example I installed A Radeon 6800 video card, but the location of the hdd and the front panel connectors prevented it from fitting."

Can you put a graphics card in your computer? Yes. You definitely have good enough CPU and RAM to support it. Can you get 100 FPS in Call of Duty Advanced Warfare with the 750 Ti? Probably...if you turn down the resolution and the settings. If you want to run it at a full 1080p with all the settings maxed out, you'll need something like a Radeon R9-280X or a Geforce GTX 780 to get 100 fps. 100 FPS is a pretty tall expectation, even on an efficient game like Call of Duty.

750 ti is probably the best GPU that can be easily installed without the hassle of replacing your power supply. It will run games well at moderate settings. Much better than the integrated graphics.

Yeah, that's a good point. I wouldn't trust a 300 watt power supply with any card that requires more than one PCI-E power connector.

It won't run Black Ops 2 at 100fps, I mean it could if lower all the details and play at 720p resolutions and lower, but you are not going to be able to game at high settings that's for sure.

I think 300W PSU is a bit on the low end, I mean you are likely able to use that GPU, but who knows. I'd probably look to replace that PSU and get a 550W one, just so you'd have options in the future as well.

I'm fine playing on 800x600 resolution with low settings. I just want the fps to be high. I play bo2 at 800x600 resolution with everything on the lowest settings with shadows off, but texture quality on extra. I play on a solid 30 fps. I caped it on 30 fps. It's playable, and i'm playing on a laptop intel pentium N3530 with 8 GB RAM Intel HD Graphics Shared memory.

The computer that I'm asking if i can put a gpu in is the pc that I want to get thats the limit that the price is. But my uncle has a Gefore 750 ti so i'm wondering if that can go into the pc and run bo2 and aw on 800x600 resolution and get 60+ frames

Stop making the same thread over and over, just post new questions in the thread you made first.

You'll definitely get 60+ frames at 800x600, but games these days aren't really made for the 4:3 aspect ratio. You're much better off playing at at least 1366x768 (which a 750 Ti can easily reach 60 frames per second on, also).

You experience will be immeasurably better on the 750 Ti than the Intel HD Graphics, that's for sure.

just out of morbid curiosity why the fascination with 100+ fps? Unless your have a 120hz or greater refresh screen all those extra fps are not really noticable.

You're saying that now, but when you'll use your monitor's native resolution ,I don't think you'll go back to 800x600.
Anyhow ,you'll achieve 60fps(avg.) with that card in blackops 2 @1080p.

A 750Ti can play COD AW at an average of 50FPS on Very High at 1920x1080, so you should easily get 60FPS by dialing settings down to high or medium.

It doesn't seem to be too CPU bound, so I'd be very surprised if your i5-4460 was the bottleneck to getting 100FPS on lower settings.
