Yep, that was even more clear-cut unprovoked battery than that jail deputy who beat down the teen girl for flicking a shoe at him. But I think that officer was charged and found guilty, or at least never got his job back. This one got himself the police-friendly judge, victim was probably too scared to testify.
Only chance at getting him now is for federal civil rights offense. Let's hope its forwarded to the Justice Department and they decide to have a go, which won't end well for him. The f-cking police union is being, well, pretty much a typical union.
