Can I ask Dell to replace my monitor?

I bought a 17" flat panel DELL monitor with DVI (1704FPVs, made in Korea) one month ago. I found the embeded USB hub on the monitor does not work, so I contacted Dell and they agree to replace it.

Today the new monitor arrived, it's 1704FPVt made in China. Now the embeded USB hub works, but I found 4 dead pixels. These dead pixels are not conspicuous, but it is not comfortable to buy a new but defective item.

Do you think these 4 dead pixels means poor quality of this monitor? I mean, maybe more problems will come out in future. Also, Dell will agree to replace it due to 4 dead pixels?

Thanks for your answer.

If it's a class 1 spec monitor you should be allowed to send it back. If it's a class 2 spec I think you might be stuck. I can't remember how they are graded though, but I think <5 dead pixels/subpixels is a class 2.

Edit: Don't you just hate it when you can't find a specific article in a computer mag. I was flicking through one the other week and it had a box with the whole TFT pixel specification system, but now I can't find it.
