Well, I was out of Internet service for a day. Then the service was keep on and off for previous 3 days.
I am really not satisfy with the service from Comcast right now(at least this month), so can I call in and refuse to pay this month payment?

sure you can and they can cut you off and turn it into a collection service.

what you can do is call and complain. they will cut down the amount of what you owe.

I experienced an on-and-off situation for more than two weeks, along with most of the other people connected to one of Comcast's huge routers here in AA. It took about two weeks for them to troubleshoot and people at Broadband Reports were actually talking to some of Comcast's top Detroit engineers, as no one seemed to be able to fix the problem.

I called Comcast and got a 2-week credit, so my internet bill was actually half price for that much. I didn't get any hassles from the rep.

They should work with you on free service or something seeing it was a problem with their service / equipment.

I ditched comcast a year ago and have not missed their overpriced craptastic service yet ..;)

Good luck

Are you stupid or something? No. Call and ask if they're willing to offer compensation for the days that you did not have service. Christ... Why does everyone come ask on AT these stupid questions when they can be RTFM or call the people who can ACTUALLY ANSWER THE QUESTION!?

Hey, buddy... have a roast beef sandwich with milk, chill out.
Maybe some people just not as "smart" as you.

i have brighthouse/timewarner and i've been without service for WEEKS. I bitched and complained everyday until it was fixed and they never offered any form of credit, however, i never asked.

Moral of the story: quit wasting time posting and just call them and ask for a credit. The worst they'll do is tell you no.
