Can I argue my way with this?

Let say I'm trying to bust the School because I received a letter saying that my score did not make the cut-off rank for an Exam school Test.
They count the last 2 terms of last year and the first 2 term of this year plus test score. But I did not complete the 2nd term because of chemotherapy. My GPA is a C-

How can they give me a score/rank when I did not complete my 2nd term. Could I demand for a retest because of a mistake?

Bah feel bummed out :(

IANAL, but IIRC, if you want to record a phone call, you must let the other party know that you are recording their call. Some answering machines let you record phone calls.

I was under the impression some states require only _one_ party to know the call is being recorded, while others require consent by both.

Use Skype.

hm the federal law requires one party. While MA and other states require all parties.

Whats the diff. I'll probably just get the parties' name

huh, there's probably a procedure to deal with this type of situation. Follow it.

Information is very vague on these tests.

You wouldn't really know that scoring procedure(50% of 4 grade terms and 50% test score) because it varies in different cities, unless your a guidance consulour.

edit: scores are forwarded to the school. I guess 50% is how it is factored into ranking.
