Can I add another soundcard to my dell xps 8500?

i want to enable two sound devices simultaneously in win 7. someone recommmend me a card for this and tell me whether my mobo can take it. not sure

with bluetooth headphones
and i can't enable both at the same time

forget about it, abandoning this progect, I don't need to use bluetooth for my pc. at these the dongle could be used for something else
