Can I add a DOS prompt option to my boot menu?

F8 takes me to the XP safe menu and doesn't have any options to get me to a command prompt. I'm assuming there is a switch to boot win98 to a command prompt (found one for safe mode), I'd like to just add another win98 entry to the boot.ini with that switch.
 
The way boot.ini is structured (along with how Win98 boots to the command prompt), does not allow you to select going straight to the Command Prompt.

What you need to do is select Win98 at the boot menu, and then hit F8 immediately after you hit Enter to start booting Win98.
