Can I access my work network through my desktop?

help me on this one please,
when i call in from my home computer to my work computer {all win 98 se tcpip}
which is set to be a dial in server, i can't get it to be a gateway to all the computers on the network. i can see the computers in network
neighborhood, however i can't ping to them {can't access}.
any solutions???

RAS. If you don't know what it is quit your job and become a garbage man.

Seriously, talk to tech support/management at work and get a remote access login. Unless you work at a smaller company where they don't have any kind of protection
