Can Hubcaps be bolted down? I want spinners on my Daewoo.

I want to get Spinner hubcaps they are like $60 but I want to make sure they wont be stolen, I live in Chicago & around here they will be gone quick. So is there any way to make sure they stay on if I get them?

Lightly ***with a towel over the hubcap** hammer that sh1t in. It'll make it harder. Link to a pic of the hubcap. Can you tell it's a hubcap (i.e. can you see the blackness from beneath?)
 
You need airbags or hydrolics to be cool. Oh, don't forget a shiney muffler and blue headlights.
 
my wheels have a locking nut on each one.

A little deterent to the casual theif. Wouldn't stop a pro, but how many pro's steal wheels? They get the whole car. And nobody bothers to steal a 91 Sable.

Hubcaps aren't wheels though. Most hubcaps just snap on around the wheel.

Anyone stealing them would be doing you and society a favor.
