will it run Guild wars 2 60+ fps ??? and is it a good game ?

i like wow but mostly play on private servers :\

as i understand Gulid wars 2 does not have monthly fee yes ? like BF3 ?

i bought BF3 and play without monthly fee and there will be same with Gulid wars 2 ya ?

i mostly like PVP ... not PVE .... in wow i always play on arenas and BG's ... PVE is boring for me .... so how good is PVP in Gulid wars 2 ?

and hope this game will not dip below 60 on my gtx 670

Your card will handle it but expect less then 60fps @ 1920 x 1080 (Average 50fps) with all the eye candy on.

Gonna dip below 60 for sure. Turn down a setting or two one notch if it's really that important to you. I don't really notice as long as I'm running right around 40fps or so usually but it's all preference.

edit: Forgot to throw this in http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/guild-wars-2-performance-benchmark,3268-6.html

My friend loves this game and I've heard awesome things about it, so if they're all right then you should enjoy it too.

PvP in GW2 is DAoC evolved. It is the best large scale you will find in any game right now. There is a very high skill cap to PvP if you get into using cross class combos. Basic PvP is easy to pickup though. There is no gear treadmill if you want to just do sPvP (arenas). You are lvl 80 in The Mists and have access to change your spec at will as well as all of your gear.

GW2 isn't really friendly to gpus/cpus man... currently even 680s cant run the game with a constant 60fps with all the eyecandy. My oc'd 7950 can't, neither can 7970s. You won't find anything right now that'll maintain a constant 60 for the game.
