Can Gigabyte 965P-DS3 rearrange HD order?

I can't find an option on the DS3 bios pages to re-arrange HD order. The only thing I found is the HD boot order. Do I need to move the cables to change the HD positions?

What do you mean by "order"? Slave vs Master? Drive letter? You cannot change either of those in bios.

I have two drives. One has WinXP installed and one has Vista. If I am arrange the drive order, I can start up either Vista or XP without changing the cables. If not, I need to use one of the boot manager to switch the order as part of the boot up process.
One example of boot manager that can arrange drive order is Acronis' OS selector.
