Can extract .ace ! HEEEEEEEEEELPPPPP!!!!!

I downloaded a .ace and when I try to extract the files in the ace archive with Winrar or other softwares, a error message appear. That happeaned with any other ace files. I already heard that I need a dll?
What do you recommend me to overcome my problem? Thanks to anybody who will help me.
